摘要
随着市场经济体制改革的不断深化及加入WTO后国际经济间相互交流的影响,现代企业越来越意识到管理的重要性。文章主要介绍了山西电力通信中心应用关键业绩指标(KPI,KeyPerformance Index)进行战略性绩效管理的探索和实践,在绩效考核管理的过程中,促进管理者与员工之间的沟通与交流,对提升中心绩效水平和管理水平所起到的积极作用。
Along with the deepening of market economy reform and with the unceasing influence of international economy mutually exchange after joining WTO, the modem enterprise is more and more realizing the importance of management. This article mainly introduces the exploring and practices of using key performance index to carry on the strategic achievements management. In the process of achievements inspection management, promoting the communication and exchange between superintendent and staff's will be a positive role in improving the central achievements level and management level.
