“以人为本”是人的世界之所以成为人的世界和人之所以作为人的一条根本原则。然而,这条原则并不是在任何时候都变成了普遍事实。只有当“现实的人”超越了对人的存在的抽象理解,“人是目的和工具的统一”超越了对人的价值的片面认识,人的三重本质超越了对人的本质的错误判断,人的现实发展观超越了对人的发展目标的纯粹空想,“以人为本”才实现了由可能性向现实性的跨越。

Human-orientation is the fundamental principle for the reason why man is the world of man.However,the principle was not carried out at anytime.Only if 'realistic man' transcends the abstract understanding of man's existence,'man is the unity of aim and means' transcends the unilateral recognition of man's value,the tripartite nature of man transcends the wrong judgement of man's nature and the practical outlook of man's development transcends the absolute fantasy of man's objective of development,can human-orientation achieve the leap from possibility to reality.
