A Basic Analysis of the Centralization and Expansion of Agricultural Capital in Xinjiang

本文通过对新疆农业资本形成和现存资本的分析,研究了新疆农业资本形成的特点,提出了新疆农业资本集聚、增值与扩张的战略对策。文章还提出了新资本时代、战略性资本、新农业资本、资本人等一系列讨论农业资本的概念以及农业资本集聚、扩展的思路与对策措施。

On the basis of the theory of capital formation and economic development,the paper analyzes the formation of the agricultural capital and existing capital in Xinjiang,studies the characteristics of the formation of the agricultural capital in Xinjiang and puts forward the strategic counter-measures of centralization of the agricultural capital in Xinjiang,its annual value and expansion.Besides,the paper puts forward a series of concepts of agricultural capital,such as the New Capital Era,strategic capital,new agricultural capital,capital person,etc.,a train of thoughts of the centralization and expansion of agricultural capital and the steps should be taken.
