摘要
针对大型板带轧机工作辊轴承座易受热变形这一特征,建立了有限元计算模型,详细介绍了利用有限元法求解有关热传导的问题,并且利用计算结果对轴承座的热特性进行了分析与研究,为生产实际提供相关的理论帮助。
Based on the heat deformation failure of some strip mill rolling bearing chock, FEM computing model was built, thereafter solving heat conduetion problema by FEM was described in detail. Finally dynamic heat effects on chock was analyzed according the computing results.
