摘要
应用非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc,对大于250 mm的大圆钢进行了五道次孔型轧制的模拟仿真,主要对轧件在变形过程中的应变场及断面尺寸进行了分析,结果表明采用“扁六角-八角-圆”孔型系统轧制大规格圆钢是可行的。
Five-pass rolling of 4250 mm round bar is simulated by means of MSC. Marc none linear finite element software, and the laws of evolution on the strain fields and section size of workpiece were analyzed. The results showed that it is feasible to adopt the "flat 6 angles - 8 angles - round" roll pass reguence to roll the large diameter round bar.
