摘要
该文综合研究了碱性脂肪酶用于ONP/OMG脱墨的最佳工艺条件,并探讨了复配一定的纤维素酶的脱墨效果。研究结果表明,最佳的脱墨工艺条件为:碱性脂肪酶/纤维素酶最佳配比为60/40,温度为35℃,浆浓8%,反应时间30min,pH值8.5。并且针对纸的强度、得率和脱墨废水的污染负荷等方面与化学法脱墨进行了比较。
The paper described the deinking of ONP/OMG with alkali Lipase and blended L/C. Results show that : the optimum enzymatic deinking condition is that temperature is 35℃,PH is 8.5,the optimum ratio of L/C is 60/40. Enzymatic Deinking is better than the conventional chemical deinking in many aspects ,such as deinking efficiency ,economic cost ,pollution load of wastewater and so on.
