系统分析了城市投融资体系完善程度的影响因素,确定了评价城市投融资体系完善水平的指标体系;利用多因素模糊综合评价理论,建立了城市投融资体系完善水平的模糊综合评价模型,并利用该模型评价了某城市投融资体系完善程度.结果表明,评价结果基本与该城市的实际情况相吻合.

On the basis of the analysis of the factors affecting consummation degree of city financing system,the index system of consummation level on city financing system is established.Using the multi-factor fuzzy evaluation theory,the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of the city financing system consummation level is established,and a city financing system consummation degree is analyzed.The analysis result indicates that the appraisal result is basically consistent with the city's actual situation.
