摘要 以一种热缩聚煤沥青为原料制务炭膜基板,考察了预氧化、炭化条件对炭膜基板的气体透过性和选择性的影响。结果表明:炭膜基板对CO_2/H_2及N_2/H_2有一定的分离能力,分离系数在3.0左右,气体的透过速率在10^(-3)cm~3(STP)/(cm~2·s·cmHg)数量级,同时,还考察了炭化温度对炭膜基板的机械强度、失重和收缩程度的影响。 Abstract Carbon membrane substrate was prepared from heat-poly coal pitch. The effects of pre-oxidition and carbonizing condition on gas permeability and selectivity through the substrate was tested. The results showed that the carbon membrane subslrate had a certain ability to separate CO_2/H_2 and N_2/H_2 whose separating factors were about 3.0. And the gas permeating rate was in magnitude of 10 ̄(-3) cm ̄3(STP)/(cm ̄2scmHg) Meanwhile, the effect of carbonizing temperature on weight loss and shrinkage of the substrate was also investigated.
