正压直吹制粉系统由于与锅炉燃烧器直接相连,因此直接影响到锅炉燃烧效率。文章详细介绍制粉系统优化试验的方法,通过对株洲电厂的双进双出磨煤机的试验研究,得出该磨煤机的经济运行参数;同时对其对应的分离器进行分析试验,对径向分离器和轴向分离器进行比较,从而保证制粉系统出口煤粉细度达到锅炉燃烧要求。

Because of the direction of positive pressure direct firing coal pulverizing system and the boil burner,the boil efficiency is affected.This paper introduces the economic test method of coal pulverizing system,and acquire the reasonable parameter of ball mill by analyzing the ball mill of Zhuzhou power plant.At the same time, the coal can accord with the burning boil by way of the test of separator and the comparison of radial separator and axial separator.
