摘要
对两端固定斜接弯头管四种受载工况进行了力学分析并用有限无法进行了全面的应力计算,通过数据处理找到各单元主应力及最大主应力点,同时绘出该点在纵向线及横向线的应力分布,可供工程配管设计参考.
Under four kinds of force cases,the stress analysis of incline weld bent pipes with two ends fixed is studied. The comprehensive stress calculation is conducted with finite element method.Through data processing,the principle stress of each unit and the point on vertical and horizontal lines is drawn. It provides reference for the design of engineering pipes.
