摘要
研究了用气相色谱测定水基乳液及共聚母液中全氟丙基乙烯基醚含量的方法。对样品制备、色谱条件、萃取剂和内标物选择进行了试验和讨论。试验结果表明,样品质量浓度1～120mg/mL内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数0.998,回收率为98%～102%,相对标准偏差为1.08%,最小检测质量浓度为1μg/mL。分析快速,能满足科研和生产中分析的需要。
A method to determine content of perfluoropropyethyl ether in the liquid latex and polymerization mother liquid by gas chromatogram is studied. Sample preparation, chromatogram conditions, extractant and section of the standard sample are tested and discussed. Experiment results show that there are excellent linear relationship when the quality concentration of the sample reaches ～120 mg/mL, correlated coefficient is 0.998, recovery is 98%～102% relative standard deviation is 0.08%,the lest detectable quality concentration is 1 μg/mL. It detects fast and can meet the analysis requirements in the scientific research.
