摘要
分析了苯酐尾气塔后产生酸雾的原因,阐述了相应技术改造措施:增加高3m,直径/3.4m的扩大段,扩大段内设直径为2.8m标准丝网除沫器2层,增设除沫器积液的回收装置,并加强工艺管理等措施,提高了尾气塔系统的洗涤分离效果,杜绝了尾气塔下酸雾现象的发生,改善了操作环境。
Reasons for ″acid rain″ from the exhaust gas tower of phthalic anhydride are analyzed,corresponding innovative measures are reviewed:an extended section of 3 m in height and φ3.4 m in diameter is added,a thread net foam remover of two layers in φ2.8 min diameter inside the extended section recovering equipment for foam removing accumulated solution is added,management on the process is enhanced to improve washing and separation,and avoid ″acid rain″ under the exhaust gas Tower and improve the operation environment.
