摘要
对聚噻吩乙炔(PTV)可溶性前聚物的合成反应影响因素进行了系统研究。碱的种类、单体浓度、反应介质、温度等皆影响单体转化率、前聚物产率及其溶解性。实验结果表明,NaoH、LiOH为聚合反应的适宜碱类;单体浓度为0.2~0.3mol/L;水-甲醇混合介质有利于前聚物的溶解性;碱的加入速度影响单体转化率及前聚物的溶解性。低温有利于反应的进行。
Factors affecting on polymerization of organo-soluble precursor polymer ofpolythienylenevinylene(PTV)were studided systematically. Kinds of base,monomer concentration,temperature,volume ration of water to methanol,affected on the monomer conversion,yield andsolubility of precursor polymer.The experimental results indicated that lithium hydroxide and Sodiumhydroxide were suitable bases to be used as catalyst for polymerization.Concentration of monomercould varied from 0.2~0.3 mol/L.A mixture of water-methanol was good polymerization medium. Charging speed of bases affect on the yield and solubility of the precursor polyomer.Low temperaturewas favourable to the polymerization.
