摘要
采用聚二甲基硅氧烷-b-聚乙二醇嵌段共聚物(DMS-b-OE)为增容剂,增容聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚氨酯(PDMS/PU)共混体系,重点研究了增容剂的增容效应。结果表明,DMS-b-OE对PDMS/PU共混体系的增容效果与聚氨酯的化学结构有关;DMS-b-OE对聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚四氢呋喃聚氨酯(PDMS/PU)共混体系有良好的增容作用,使其力学性能有明显的提高。
Polydimethylsiloxane-b-poly(ethylene oxide)block polymers(DMS-b-OE)were used to improve the compatibility of polydimethylsiloxane/polyurethane(PDMS/PU)blends.It was found that the compatibilization effect of DMS-b-OE was related to the chemical structure of the blended polyurethane.DMS-b-OE can promote the compatibility of the blends of PDMS with poly (tetramethyl oxide)urethane,and the resulted blends have a good mechanical properties.
