PVA／HEC偏光膜的制备与偏光性能研究

PREPARATION AND LIGHT-POLARIZING PROPPERTIES OF PVA/HEC POLARIZING FILM

研究了采用聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡ）、羟乙基纤维素（ＨＥＣ）为主体材料，内含碘化钾（ＫＩ），或者碘化锂（ＬｉＩ），用过氧化氢（Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２）氧化制备ＰＶＡ／ＨＥＣ偏光膜。实验结果表明，选择４．８０ｇＰＶＡ，０．２０ｇＨＥＣ中含有５ｍｍｏｌＫＩ的基膜，用５％Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２水溶液氧化５ｓ，经拉伸，干燥，可制备柔韧性能好的ＰＶＡ／ＨＥＣ偏光膜。根据实验结果，提出了新法ＰＶＡ／ＨＥＣ膜与Ｉ＿２形成络合物的机理模型。

The PVA/HEC polarizing film was made with a new method, which is that the PVA/HEC film containing KI(or LiI)was oxidized by H_2O_2 into it.The experimental results show that the polarizing film will exhibit optium properities as follows:PVA 4.89,HEC 0.2g,KI 5.0 mmol,oxidizing time 5 sec.with 5% H_2O_2 as the oxidizer,draw ratio 4. Mechanism of formation of the chromophore between the PVA/HEC film and I_2 is also briefly discussed.
