摘要
研究了采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)、羟乙基纤维素(HEC)为主体材料,内含碘化钾(KI),或者碘化锂(LiI),用过氧化氢(H_2O_2)氧化制备PVA/HEC偏光膜。实验结果表明,选择4.80gPVA,0.20gHEC中含有5mmolKI的基膜,用5%H_2O_2水溶液氧化5s,经拉伸,干燥,可制备柔韧性能好的PVA/HEC偏光膜。根据实验结果,提出了新法PVA/HEC膜与I_2形成络合物的机理模型。
The PVA/HEC polarizing film was made with a new method, which is that the PVA/HEC film containing KI(or LiI)was oxidized by H_2O_2 into it.The experimental results show that the polarizing film will exhibit optium properities as follows:PVA 4.89,HEC 0.2g,KI 5.0 mmol,oxidizing time 5 sec.with 5% H_2O_2 as the oxidizer,draw ratio 4. Mechanism of formation of the chromophore between the PVA/HEC film and I_2 is also briefly discussed.
