阐述了注射成型条件下尼龙1010的表-芯结构,讨论了注射速率和模具温度、表-芯结构、冲击强度、拉伸强度和表面硬度等力学性能的关系。
This paper deals with the processable rheological properties,thermal properties and the relationship between the morphological structure and the parts'properties on the condition of injection mould of the PA1010.On processable rheological properties, shearing and torque rheological behavior ewre discussed by means of the capillary rheometer and the HAAKE torque rheometer respectively,the torque rheological data and the non-Newton indexes in different shearing rate region were obtained.Scan electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffractometer were sued to analyze the injectionmould part microstracture.According to the results,the skin-core structure was described,the sizes of crystals were counted,and the relationship among injection mould parameters,microstructure and the parts'properties was investigated in detail.
