摘要
用自制的旋臂式磨蚀仪,研究了采用cis-1,4聚丁二烯橡胶改性的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE/cis-BR)在攀枝花尾矿矿浆中的耐磨蚀性。结果表明,在冲击速率(v)为1.5~3.5m/s范围内,该材料的磨蚀速率(ω_(HDPE/cis-BR))随v的5.9次方递增。在浆体浓度(C_w)≤20%时,ω_(HDPE/cis-RR)随C_w线性增加,在C_w>20%时,增幅减小。ω_(HDPE/cis-BR)在冲击角度75°时达到最大值。在实验范围内,ω_(HDPE/cis-BR)为未改性高密度聚乙烯腐蚀速率的60%~90%,为45钢磨蚀速率的0.5%~17.0%。
The impact erosion resistance to tailiilgs slurry from Panzhihua iron mine of a cis-1,4 polybutadiene modified high density polyethylene(HDPE/cis-BR)was studied through an erosive set up with six whirling arms. The experimental results show that the erosive rate(ω_(HDPE/cis-BR)) of the material increases with impact velocity(v)to the 5.9 th power in the v range of 1.5 ̄3.5m/s. W_(HDPE/cis-BR) increases with concentration of slurry(C_w) proportionally when Cw≤20%and less rapidly when C_w>20%, ω_(HDPE/cis-BR)reaches its maxium value at 75°impact angle.The ratios ofω_(HDPE/cis-BR) to erosive rates of unmodified HDPE and steel 45 ̄# are 60% ̄92% and 0.5% ̄17.0%respectively,varying with erosive conditions.
