中医系列方治疗肺结核概况及展望

Overview and Prospect on Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis With Serial Prescription of TCM

联合化学药物治疗是目前抗结核病的基本方案,但由此产生的毒副作用及耐药性亦日益显著。中医方剂在抗结核中体现出低毒副作用及很少出现的耐药现象的治疗优势,文章根据方剂的功用分类总结了近年来中医药治疗肺结核的研究进展,认为目前中医药的治疗思路主要是运用传统古方抗痨和在传统古方基础上,结合长期经验自拟方药治疗,以及运用单味药抗痨。

This paper summarized the progress in treatment of tuberculosis in recent ten years according to the effect of these prescriptions, it was thought that the main therapeutic concept were the traditional prescriptions resisting tabes, or self - made prescription based on traditional prescription together with long - term clinical experience, or using single drug for resisting tabes.
