摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的经验。方法回顾性总结136例腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的治疗效果。结果136例全部顺利完成手术,1例出现术后缝合口漏,此外无切口感染等其他任何并发症发生,全组病例均治愈出院。结论腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术具有安全、可靠、术后疼痛轻、恢复快等优点,具有很好的临床应用价值。
[Objective] To study the experience of laparoseopie repair in perforated gastric or duodenal ulcer. [Methods] To review the effect of laparoscopic repair in 136 eases of perforated gastric or duodenal ulcer. [Result] All the operations were successful. The postoperative leakage occurred in 1 case. [Conclusion] Laparoscopic repair is one of the safe, quick recovery and litde suffering treatment for perforated gastric or duodenal ulcer. Therefore this method has an excellent clinical application.
