妇科手术患者性心理问题相关因素分析

Correlation Factors Analysis of Sexual Mental Questions in Patients Undergoing Operation in Gynecology Department

目的探讨妇科手术患者性心理问题的相关因素,提出合理的心理疏导方法。方法自行设计问卷,由专人对患者进行必要的解释,然后由患者独立完成。结果患者的性心理问题与年龄成负相关,P<0.05;与文化程度、是否知道女性生殖系统各器官的解剖位置有相关关系,P<0.05;与手术前性生活的满意度、是否知道女性各生殖器官的功能、手术切除部位、对性知识的了解程度有显著相关关系(P<0.01)。结论向患者进行有关妇科知识、性知识宣教,使她们认知手术后性生活将会发生的变化,做好心理准备,可减轻不必要的心理负担,促进手术后性功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the correlation factors of sexual mental questions in patients in the gynecology department, who will have an operation, to give reasonable psychotherapy. Methods Patients who will undergo operation were investigated by self designed questionnaire. Results Tbe sexual questions of patients were different in different age. It had negative correlation with ages （P 〈 0.05） . There were correlativity with culture degree and knowing about the anatomical position of reproductive organ or not （P 〈 0. 05） , also with the sexual life before operation, with knowing about the facts of life （P 〈 0.01） . Conclusions To teach patients about the facts of life, the gynecological knowledge. Let them know the change of sexual life after operation and make mental preparations, to help resume patients sexual life after operation.
