对44例接受胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者自我效能干预的效果评价 被引量:12

摘要 目的评价综合干预措施对接受胰岛素(INS)治疗糖尿病(DM)患者自我效能的影响。方法用方便抽样对照法,对44例接受胰岛素治疗的住院糖尿病患者实施集中指导、个别辅导及鼓励自学等方式,应用指导、疏导、安慰、鼓励和帮助等方法,以增强患者自我护理的自信心为目标的综合干预措施2 w,每例均于干预前和干预后进行自我效能的问卷评分。结果44例患者干预后总体自我效能得分与干预前比较有显著性提高(P<0.01)。结论集中培训、个别辅导和患者自学相结合的培训方式和注重理论、实践与心理支持相结合的方法是提高接受INS治疗的DM患者自我效能有效的综合干预措施。 Objective To evaluate the influence of comprehensive interventions on self-efficacy of patients who suffer diabetes mellitus(DM) and receive insulin management. Methods A convenience and comparison study was conducted. 44 patients who suffer DM and receive insulin management were reeeived study quomodos such as gathering education, individual tutorship and self-study; meanwhile, nurses used guidance, console, encourage and psychological support to enhance patients' self--confidence. Each patient had been given the comprehensive interventions for 2 weeks and were investigated by self--efficacy questionnaire before and after receiving the interventions. Results After receiving the interventions, patients' self-efficacy of insulin management was significantly higher than that of them before interventions (t = 12.29,P 〈0.01) . Conclusions Patients' self-efficacy of insulin management can be improved by comprehensive interventions, which include the combination of training quomodos such as gathering education, individual tutorship and self--study as well as the combination of practice and psychological support.
