绒毛膜促性腺激素在体外受精-胚胎移植中预测妊娠结局的价值

Serum β-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin(β-HCG)Concentrations in Predicting the Outcome of Pregnancy After in Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET)

目的:探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术后14天及16天β绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)值预测妊娠结局的意义。方法:对采用IVF-ET术助孕后血β-HCG阳性患者的资料进行分析,监测术后14天及16天血β-HCG水平,并追踪妊娠结局。结果:血β-HCG水平与妊娠结局明显相关。移植术后14天血β-HCG<50 IU/L者,92.31%有不良妊娠结局,β-HCG≥50 IU/L,但2天后不能成倍增长者,57.38%有不良妊娠结局,2天后能成倍增长者仅8.91%有不良妊娠结局。结论:IVF-ET术后14天及16天监测血β-HCG可作为预测妊娠结局的一项指标。

Objective ：To predict pregnancy outcome, the use of β -HCG concentrations after day 14 and day 16 IVF- ET was evaluated. Metthods：A total of 678 IVF pregnancies were included. The serum β -HCG was monitored after day 14 and day 16 ET, and the pregnancy outcome was followed up to delivery. Results：The levels of β - HCG showed a clearly correlation with outcome of IVF pregnancies. The low levels of β - HCG（〈50IU/L） after day 14 ET were associated with a probability of the poor pregnant outcome（92.31% ） ,and levels of β - HCG （≥50IU/L） after day 14 ET, but could not increase double after day 16 ET were associated with a probability of the poor pregnant outcome（57.38% ）too. Levels of β - HCG increase double after day 16 ET could predict a good chance of delivery. Conclusions：Serum β -HCG level after day 14 and 16 ET maybe useful in predicting pregnancy outcome and may guide clinicians in identifying those pregnancies at risk for adverse outcomes.
