三倍体毛白杨育苗新砧木——107杨

New Rootstock of Triploid Populus Tomentosa——107 Poplar

分别以107杨和八里庄杨作砧木进行三倍体毛白杨育苗试验,结果表明:以107杨作砧木培育三倍体毛白杨,嫁接成活率和扦插成活率与八里庄杨作砧木相当,1年生“炮捻”苗苗高提高12.50%,地径提高15.81%;1年生“一条鞭”苗苗高提高34.95%,地径提高45.03%。

In the experiment, we grafted the triploid Populus tomentosa with the rootstock of 107 poplar and ＂Balizhuangyang＂ poplar respectively. The result showed, compared with the seedling using ＂Balizhuangyang＂ poplar as rootstock, survival rate of grafting and cuttage on the rootstock of 107 poplar don＇ t show obvious difference. The seedling height and diameter at ground of nursery chop-grafting stock increase by 12.5% and 15.8% respectively. The height and diameter at ground of nursery bud-grafting stock increase by 35.0% and 45.0% separately.
