摘要
目的 研究我国不同来源茴香精油的含量与成分。方法 使用同时蒸馏萃取法提取茴香种子精油,进行GC/MS分析。结果 我国7个不同来源茴香精油的含量在1.65~3.79ml/100g干重之间;主要成分反式茴香脑的相对含量在76.05%.82.22%之间。结论 我国不同来源茴香在精油含量及主要成分的相对含量上均存在一定的差异。
Objective Study on essential oil contcnt and component of fennel from different areas in the paper. Methods Distilled essential oil of fennel seeds by simultaneous distillation and extraction, then analysed with GC/MS. Results The essential oil content of different areas were 1.65~3.79 ml/100 g DW; major component trans- ancthole relative contents were 76.05%~82.22%, Conclusion:Fennel seeds of different areas were different in content and major component relative contents of essential oil.
