川芎嗪对犬小肠粘膜超滤量的影响

摘要 目的观察川芎嗪加入透析液中对不同犬小肠段粘膜超滤量的影响。方法随机将20只犬分为生理盐水组(NS)、对照组(CG)、川芎嗪低剂量组(LLDG)和川芎嗪高剂量组(HLDG)。据肠系膜静脉供血区对犬手术制作隔离肠袢、空回肠袢和回肠袢,阻流双肾动脉,静脉输入高渗样品液,造成急性肾衰模型,经肠袢口注入相应透析液每隔30 m in收集肠袢液和采相应系膜动静脉血,观察川芎嗪透析液对不同小肠袢粘膜超滤量的影响。结果各透析组超滤量显著高于NS(P<0.01),LLDG显著高于LHDG和CG(P<0.05),而且空肠袢高于空回肠袢,空回肠袢又高于回肠袢(P<0.05)。结论低剂量川芎嗪加入到透析液中增加小肠袢超滤及透析效能,空肠袢透析效能最好。 Objective To explore the effect of Ligustrazine(LGT) that was added one dialysate on small intestinal mueosa capacity for ultrafihrative in dogs. Methods Twenty Beagle dogs were divided equally into 3 groups : the NS,control(CG) ,lower LGT dose(LLDG) and higher LGT dose group (HLDG). According to the arteriouenous region of small intestine mesentery to make three isolation loops for comparative study,they were respectively jejunoileum (J1L) and ileum loop (IL) after that, input hypersonic sample solution through vein after blocking the renal arteries to make the man - made renal failure models such as electrolytic disorder, azotemia and so on. In the meantime , respectively finally, collect these secretion fluid of small intestine loops and blood samples which arteria and venae of the small intestine mesentery every 30 minutes so as to compare the capacity for uhrafiltrative of each group. Results The LLDG of the clearance rate and filtration rate were remarkably higher than the LHDG,the CG and the NS (P 〈0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ), and the JL were remarkably higher than the JIL and IL ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Low dose of Ligustrazine adding the dialysate could increase the capacity for ultrafiltrative and dialysis capacity of small intestine mucosa and the JLwas best.
