摘要
目的 高效液相色谱法测定复方苦参洗剂中苦参碱的含量。方法 采用ODS C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×200mm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(5.5:94.5),检测波长为210nm,流速为1.0ml·min^-1,柱温:室温。结果 苦参碱在0.39~2.60μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991),方法的回收率为96.32%,RSD为1.16%(n=5)。结论 该方法能准确可靠地进行苦参碱的含量测定,能够有效地控制该制剂的质量。
Objective To establish a method for determining matrine in Fufang Kushen Lotion by IIPLC. Methods Kromasil C18 column(5μm,4.6 mm ×200mm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid (5.5: 94.5) with flow rate 1.0 ml·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. The column temperature was room temperature. Resuits The linear range of matrine was at the rangc of 0.39 - 2.60μg ( r = 0.9991 ). The average recovery was 96.32% and RSD was 1.16% (n = 5). Conclusion The method is rapid, highly accurate and precise. It can control the quality of Fufang Kushen Lotion.
