高效液相色谱法测定复方苦参洗剂中苦参碱的含量

Determination of Matrine in Fufang Kushen Lotion by HPLC

目的 高效液相色谱法测定复方苦参洗剂中苦参碱的含量。方法 采用ODS C18柱（5μm，4．6mm×200mm），流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸（5．5：94．5），检测波长为210nm，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，柱温：室温。结果 苦参碱在0．39～2．60μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9991），方法的回收率为96．32％，RSD为1．16％（n=5）。结论 该方法能准确可靠地进行苦参碱的含量测定，能够有效地控制该制剂的质量。

Objective To establish a method for determining matrine in Fufang Kushen Lotion by IIPLC. Methods Kromasil C18 column（5μm,4.6 mm ×200mm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid （5.5： 94.5） with flow rate 1.0 ml·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. The column temperature was room temperature. Resuits The linear range of matrine was at the rangc of 0.39 - 2.60μg （ r = 0.9991 ）. The average recovery was 96.32% and RSD was 1.16% （n = 5）. Conclusion The method is rapid, highly accurate and precise. It can control the quality of Fufang Kushen Lotion.
