高效液相色谱法测定降脂减肥颗粒中葛根素的含量

Determination of Puerarin in Jiangzhijianfei Granule by HPLC

目的 建立降脂减肥颗粒中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法 采用Shim-pack（岛津）ODSC柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸（25．3：74．7），流速为0．9mg／ml，检测波长为250nm。结果 葛根素在0．1140～0．5700℃范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9996，平均回收率为98．7％，RSD为0．67％。结论 此测定方法准确，重现性好，可作为制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish the HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in Jiangzhijianfei granule. Methods The chromatographic conditions included：The column is Shim-pack ODS C18 column （150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm）, the mobile phase is methol - water H3PO4 ,the detection wavelength is 250 nm and the column temperature is room temperature. Results The linear range of puerarin was 0.114 0～0. 570 0μg, r = 0.999 6. The average recovery of puerarin was 98.7% with RSD 0. 67%. Conclusion The mothod is accurate and can be used as a determination of puerarin in Jiangzhijianfei granule.
