摘要
目的通过定量测定秦艽、龙胆及龙胆汤中龙胆苦苷的含量,并定性比较其他化学成分,以此来揭示复方配伍过程中化学成分的变化。方法用蒸馏水煎煮提取秦艽、龙胆、升麻、龙胆汤及龙胆和秦艽混合物中的成分,用HPLC法测定各个样品中龙胆苦苷的含量及其他成分相对于龙胆苦苷的变化,并对各个样品的龙胆苦苷进行定量比较。结果龙胆和秦艽混合煎液中龙胆苦苷的含量降低了,而且产生了一些新的成分,是单个龙胆和单个秦艽煎液中所没有的,同时也伴随着单味药煎液中成分的消失。加入升麻组成龙胆汤后其化学成分也有质和量的变化。结论复方龙胆汤在配伍过程中其化学成分不但有量的变化,也有质的变化。这可能就是复方和其组成的单味药之间药理作用有异的原因。
Aim To reveal the change of chemical constituents in the decoction of compound prescription-longdan decoction which consist of Gentiana dahurica Fisch;C.entiana scabra Bge and rhizoma cimicifugae. Methods Compare the constituents in the decoction of individual herbs and their mixture by HPLC method qualitatively and quantitatively. Results The constituents in compound prescription-longdan decoction are different from individual herbs. Some new constituents are produced in the decoction. Several constituents in individual are disappeared in the decoction. Conclusion The constituents in the compound prescription are not simply put togather. There are some changes in the decoction. That is why the activity of compound prescription is different from the activity of individual herbs togather.
