旅游资源开发对区域城镇体系的影响与对策

目的促进区域城镇体系和旅游业的协调发展,初步建立两者协调管理运作系统。方法采用现代管理学和博弈理论分析方法,探讨旅游资源开发对区域城镇体系发展的相关影响,并根据调查中国不同行业管理的现实状况,尝试利用流程管理模式建立高层次协调指导机构。结果初步建立旅游资源开发与城镇体系发展两者协调管理运作系统,该系统有效整合多部门多行业资源,设定共同目标,利用“协调—引导—控制—管理—保障—反馈”等6大途径进行高效运作。结论建立全新的高层次管理运作模式,为区域的旅游资源开发和城镇体系发展提供一个良好的共赢平台,对区域社会经济可持续发展提供可以借鉴的运作模式。

Aim To improve urban system of district developing and tourist resources explotation for establishing a management operative mode. Methods Adopt modern management and play chess the analytical method of the theory, deeply analyze the relationship between tourist resources explotation and urban system of district. According to the practical administrative system, utilize the management mode of procedure to establish a management operative mode. This system combines resources of many trades of departments effectively. Results The six common goals ：＂ coordination, guide, control, mamagement, ensuring, feedback＂ were carriedowt. Conclusion The results show that the new high-level support to society and economy of district continual blossom.
