聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂(I系列)的研制与应用

摘要 利用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)与一定相对分子质量的聚乙二醇进行本体聚合得到一定规格的聚氨酯单体,同时加入扩链剂和封端剂进行改性,最后与溶剂和助溶剂进行复配,制成缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂成品。对合成过程中的温度、催化剂、加料次序及滴加速率等条件进行了研究。 A kind of polyurethane monomer was synthesized by the polymerization reaction of diisocyanate IPDI with polyethylene glycol of certain molecular weight, at the same time, added some chain expanding agent and end capping agent to modify it, so the polyurethane associative thickener were prepared by using some solvents to mix together. The temperature, catalyst, the order and the rate of adding the materials etc during the synthesizing process were studied.
