为了帮助物流决策者采用新技术分析和处理数据,从而在物流过程中提供科学、准确的预测和决策信息,介绍了数据挖掘技术,针对物流过程中大量数据的特点,提出了如何用数据挖掘技术帮助物流企业作出决策的方法。实践表明,该方法对企业提高管理水平、工作效率、作出正确的决策,起到了重要的作用。

In order to help the logistics decision - maker to use the new technique to analyze and process data, there by to provide the scientific, accurate forecast and decision information in the process of logstics,this paper presents the data mining technique ,and puts forward how to use the data mining technique to help the logistic enterprise to make decision in accordance with the feature of a great amount data in the logistic process. This way has been proved to he very important in improving the management level and work efficiency of enterprise and making the proper decision.
