摘要
介绍液体燃料箱体结构、检漏要求,探讨液体燃料箱体检漏的方法,分析液体燃料箱体检漏中影响灵敏度和检漏时间的因素,对吸枪开启大小、吸氦累积时间、氦浓度与灵敏度的关系进行试验,认为氦质谱加压吸枪检漏技术适合于液体燃料箱体快速检漏,确定了较佳的工艺参数。
The liquid fuel tank construction and leak detection requirements are introduced, and the methods of leak detection for liquid fuel tank are discussed.The factors which influence detection sensitivity and detection time are analyzed. The effect of sniffer aperture, accumulation time and helium density on sensitivity are tested. It shows that the technique of helium mass spectrometer pressurized sniffer leak detection can be used in liquid fuel tank leak detection.The better technological parameters are determined.
