内镜下尼龙圈套扎对消化性溃疡大出血的治疗价值

Endoscopic therapy for massive hemorrhage complicated by peptic ulcers with nylon snares' ligation

目的探讨内镜下尼龙圈套扎对消化性溃疡大出血的治疗价值。方法对37例直径在10mm以内消化性溃疡并发大出血的患者采用内镜下尼龙圈套扎止血。结果37例患者经内镜下尼龙圈套扎后均即时止血成功,且无复发出血及发生穿孔。结论内镜下尼龙圈套扎是一种安全有效的治疗溃疡面较小的消化性溃疡并发大出血的方法。

Objective To explore the value of endoscopic therapy for massive hemorrhage complicated by peptic ulcers with nylon snares＇ ligation. Methods Endoscopic therapy with nylon snares＇ ligation was performed in 37 patients with massive hemorrhage Complicated by peptic ulcers. The diameters of the ulcers were within 10mm. Results Hemosrasis was achieved with nylon snares＇ ligation in all of the 37 patients, there was no rebleeding or perforation. Conclusion Endoscopic therapy With nylon snares＇ ligation is a safe and effective method for massive hemorrhage complicated by small peptic ulcers.
