摘要
探讨了城市路网交通分配预测结果中,路段饱和度过大的原因,推导了路段最大加载饱和度、行程时间和行程车速的理论计算公式。结合实例探讨了最大加载饱和度和行程车速一般性数值。有关研究可供确定时间阻抗函数时参考。
This research was focused on finding the causes of over-saturation when traffic assignment was done on the urban road network. Several new formulas were put forward including computation of maximum load saturation, and of travel time and speed. The generic values of load saturation and travel speed were given by a paradigm. Based on its success, the research is ongoing to refine the time impedance function on the road and implement it to do traffic assignment.
