A Study on Family Violence and Juvenile Delinquency——From the aspect of criminal psychology

家庭暴力和青少年犯罪存在着一定的因果关系,家庭暴力容易导致青少年形成犯罪心理,在一定程度上提高了青少年犯罪的几率。家庭暴力给青少年造成的心理创伤、家庭教育缺陷和提供的不良示范促进了青少年不良心理意识的产生;家庭暴力对青少年造成的认知偏离、情感障碍和人格障碍妨碍青少年良好个性的形成。

There is certain causality between family violence and juvenile delinquency. Family violence is liable to cause criminal mind and thus increases the probability of juvenile delinquency. The defects in family education, bad models, and the psychic trauma caused by family violence inspire the unhealthy mind of the juvenile. And cognitive deviation, affective disorder and personality disorder caused by family violence hider the shaping of juveniles＇ good personality.
