摘要
沥青路面现场冷再生技术在国外的研究与应用已有较长的历史,作为一项在旧路改、扩建工程中的新技术已相当成熟并被普遍采用。而在我国该技术只处在摸索阶段,尚未形成完整的设计方法、施工工艺及相应的质量控制标准。为使该技术在工程中得到推广应用,对沥青路面现场冷再生技术的设计、施工工艺、质量控制进行了初步研究。根据大量试验结果和试验路铺筑过程,推荐了冷再生基层的级配范围和适合于冷再生材料的施工工艺。
IThe study and application of site cold regenerative technology have a longer history abroad. As a item of new technology in the reformation and extension project of old road, it is yet considerable ripe and has been used in common. While in China this technology is located only in fumble period, it is not be formed a complete design method, construction process and the corresponding quality control standard. In order that this technology spreads and applies in projects, it studies preliminarily on the design, construction process and the quality control of the site cold regenerative technology for bituminous pavement. According to a lot of test results and the paving course of testing roads it is recommend the grade scope of cold regenerative base and the construction process suitable to cold regenerative materials.
