延迟焦化装置冷焦水密闭处理技术的研究 被引量:16

摘要 针对延迟焦化装置冷焦水组分复杂和产生污染的情况,提出了由水-水混合器注水降温、重力沉降、旋流分离和空冷器冷却等技术集成的“冷焦水密闭处理技术”的工艺路线,实现了挥发烃、污油、焦粉和水的分离和水资源的回收利用。给出了水-水混合器和空冷器的设计参数和设计结果。重点研究了该工艺的关键设备——旋流除油器的性能,工业试验结果表明所设计的旋流除油器具有良好的除油效果。该技术在近30套延迟焦化装置的应用说明,该工艺在除油、降温和改善环境等方面效果明显,同时每套装置所产生的直接经济效益平均为550 × 104 RMB¥,具有良好的工业应用前景。 As coke cooling water in delayed coker is very complicated in composition and polluting in production, the "process of close-loop treatment of coke quench water" comprising water-water mixing for temper- ature reduction, gravity settlement, cyclone separation and air cooling etc is recommended for the separation of volatile light hydrocarbons, slop oil and coke fines from water and re-utilization of the recovered water. The design parameters and designs are given. The oil separation performances of cyclone separator which is the critical equipment of the process are studied. The commercial trial of the process demonstrates that the cyclone separator performs very well in oil separation. The application on about 30 commercial delayed coking units show that this process is very effective in oil separation, temperature reduction and environmental improvement. In addition, it can generate 5.5 million Yuan RMB economic benefit annually and has a very good commercial application prospect.
