大连石化公司烁油厂是一个千万吨级的燃料-润滑油-石蜡型炼油厂,2002年以来从以加工大庆原油为主逐步转向掺炼各种进口原油,使各装置的运行发生了变化,能耗增加,为此在动力、生产系统中全面开展资源优化, 采用新的节能和节水措施,从而提高了能源利用效率,大幅度降低了企业综合能耗,增加了企业经济效益。

Dalian Petrochemical Company is a big fuel oil-lube oil-wax based oil processor with a capacity of over 10 million tons per year. Ever since 2002, it has been shifting the operation from processing sole Daqing Crude to the feed blended with varieties of imported crudes. The change of crude has brought the changes in unit operation and increase in energy consumption. To deal with these problems, resource optimization has been performed in power supply and production systems and the state-of-the-art energy-saving and watersaving technologies have been applied, which have greatly improved the energy utilization efficiency, reduced the total energy consumption and enhanced the profitability of the company.
