摘要
随着烧结生产工艺的改变,机头电除尘器的工况条件也发生了变化,作为大型钢铁企业,排放达标对环保尤为重要。文章概述了为提高宝钢烧结机头电除尘器除尘效率进行的攻关研究,通过几种常见方案和技术发展趋势的分析比较,选择了经济、简捷、高效的技术路线。即不增大设备截面积和电场数,在原有电除尘器壳体内部,进一步开发和应用旋转电场、斜气流等先进技术,达到满足改造时限、经济而且高效的目标。进而开展试验研究,开发出多项新技术,制定了改造方案,应用于工程改造,取得了良好效果。
Changes in sintering technology result in variation in working conditions for an electrical precipitator at the head of sintering machine. Subsequently, research work has been carried out, resuhing in the birth of several new technologies and revamping plan, which have been applied to the revamping project and have obtained satistactory results.
