摘要 通过对焦炉炉柱作用机理和使用性能的研究,分析了调节维护手段、温度及炉体严密性等因素对炉柱性能的影响:调节维护不当如上下部大弹簧负荷设置不合理、对异常情况的处理维护不及时;炉柱内侧与外侧的温差发生变化时,会破坏其原有负载平衡引起炉柱本体热应力的变化;炉门密封不严、冒烟冒火以及灼热焦炭落在炉门框或炉柱旁、烧坏炉柱等均导致炉柱性能降低。通过加强对焦炉高向保护性压力及炉柱曲度的管理,提高焦炉操作维护的要求,增强了焦炉炉柱性能。 On the basis of the study on coke oven stay' s mechanism and performance, various effects, including means of adjustment and maintenance, temperature and air-tlghtness of the oven body, on the stay are analyzed. Improper adjustment or maintenance, for example, unreasonable load set on upper and lower springs, not dealing with abnormal situation in time, temperature difference inside and outside the stay, etc, would break the stay' s original load balance and cause changes in its thermal stress, The following practices, such as loose oven doors, smoke and fire,scorching coke coming off at the door or stay, and the damaged stay, would make the stay act poorly. The stay' s performance will he improved through strengthening the management over the oven' s protective pressure and stay' s camber and raising requirements for coke oven' s operation and maintenance.
