摘要
D I材主要用于碳酸饮料和啤酒的包装,用户对厚度精度有十分苛刻的要求,成品规格D I材距边部5 mm外所有厚度精度都必须保证在±5μm的范围内。因此,满足用户需求同时提高成材率,提高D I材轧制中的纵向和横向厚度(主要是边部减薄)精度是冷轧一贯的质量目标。宝钢分公司D I材几年来采用流量AGC,加强测厚仪表的管理,保证生产人员操作的稳定性,优化切边工艺,采用圆弧形工作辊,使D I材的纵向和横向厚度精度都得到提高。但宝钢D I材的厚度精度水平与世界先进水平相比,仍有一定差距。
DI tinplates are mainly used for packing carbonic acid beverage and beer. Customers are very strict with the gauge precision of tinplates. Finished product' s thickness deviation should be within ±5μm,exeept for the 5 mm strip edge. It is always Baosteel' s quality goal to raise its yielding rate and gauge precision horizontally and vertically (it is mainly ,neant to thin at the edge in the rolling process) while meeting its customers' demand. For years Baosteel Branch has been using AGC, strengthening management of all the thickness gauges, guaranteeing workers' operation stability, optimizing the edge trimming process and using circular work rolls for the purpose of improving tinplate' s gauge precision horizontaly and vertically. Compared with the advanced level of the world, there is still a certain distance in tinplate gauge precision control for Baosteel to cover.
