热轧钢板离线激光凸度检测系统

摘要 介绍了一种基于激光三角原理的钢板凸度检测系统,实现钢板的点测厚及凸度的准确计算,不仅提高了测量精度,而且达到了环保的效果。系统采用上下表面双激光三角差动测量结构,减小了振动等干扰对测量结果的影响,使系统可以在恶劣环境条件下工作;采用特殊结构设计的传感器,不仅可以提高测量精度,而且可以根据不同的钢板表面进行自动调节,适用范围广,使用方便,大大提高了生产效率。实际用于钢板凸度离线测量的实验表明,该系统的测量精度可以达到3μm,完全可以实现高精度测量。 A measurement system for profile of hot-rolled sheet based on laser triangular principle is introduced in this paper. The measurement of the thickness of a single point of the sheet is realized and the profile is thus calculated accurately. With this method, the measurement accuracy is enhanced and the goal of environmental protection is achieved. Using top-and-bottom surface differential measurement structure with dual-triangular laser, the system greatly reduces disturbances llke vibration and so on. The system can work smoothly under severe environmental conditions, A specially designed transducer not only improves the measurement accuracy, but makes some adjustment automatically to different surfaces of the sheet as well. The system has a wide application and is easy to use. Experimental results show that the system' s measurement accuracy has been up to 3μm, which can fully meet the require- ment for high accuracy measurement.
