摘要
三个籼稻品种IR_(36)、南京11、南特号和三个粳稻品种巴利拉、秋光、早沙粳被指定为广亲和性的测验种.研究指出: (1) 同类测验种具有相似的鉴定效果,但南京11、南特号、秋光和早沙粳在它们的某些测交中,给F_1以超常的抽穗期; (2) 南特号与一些粳型广亲和品种杂交,都表现半不育性; (3)秋光和早沙粳与一些籼型品种有特异亲和性.作者建议:关于杂交,如用全部测验种有困难,可选择个别测验种.巴利拉和IR_(36)是筛选和鉴定广亲和性比较适合的测验种.
Three indica varieties, IR_(36)、Nanjing 11、Nantehao, and three japonicavarieties, Ballila、Akihikari、Zaoshagen, were appointed as tester ofwide compatibility. this studies showed that 1) same type tester have si-milar identifying effects, but Nanjing 11、Nantehao、Akihikari and Zao-shagen give F_1 overnormal heading time in their some test crosses, 2)Nantehao cross with some WCVS (wide compatibility variety) to be pa-rtial sterility, 3) Akihikari and Zaoshageng have special compatibilitywith some indica varieties. The author suggested that if it is difficult touse all tester for hybridization, individual type tester can be chosenBallila and IR_(36) are fitter tester for screening and identifying wide com-patibility.
