单根多侧孔长胸管引流在上肺叶切除术应用的临床价值

Clinical value of single long chest tract with multi-side holes in drainage of upper lung lobectomy

目的评价单根多侧孔长胸管引流在上肺叶切除术应用的临床价值。方法单根多侧孔长胸管引流组与传统的上、下双胸管引流组进行对比分析。结果单根多侧孔长胸管引流效果完全同对照组,并无增加患者之痛苦,无拔管时造成气胸,无并发胸腔感染。结论单根多侧孔长胸管引流在上肺叶切除术的应用,操作简便,实用性强,效果好,可作为1种常规胸管引流的选择。

Objective To appraise the clinic value of long chest tract with multi - side holes （LCTMSH） drainage in upper lung lobectomy. Methods To compare LCTMSH group with the group of upper and down twin chest tract drainage. Results The drainage effect of LCTMSH group was equal to that of the contrast group, it did not increase the pain of patients,and did net make the pneumatothotax and thorax infection. Conclusions The application of LCTMSH in upper lung lobectomy is simple,convenient,and the effect is fine. It can become a routine choice of chest tract drainage.
