摘要
将人工智能技术与自动测试技术相结合，建立了一种导引头故障诊断专家系统，可在很大程度上提高导引头生产的自动化程度。讨论了人工智能（ＡＩ）技术与自动测试设备（ＡＴＥ）结合用于故障诊断的原理，介绍了此专家系统的设计思想和主要特点。
seeker's failure diagnosis and expert system has beenset up through combining the artificial intelligent (AI ) techniquewith automatic test, in order to improve the level of the production automation for seekers. The Principle of failure diagnosis by combining Alwith ATE is discussed, and the design method and main properties of theexpert system are introduced.
