摘要
国际电报电话咨询委员会(CCITT)16kbit/S低延迟码激励线性预测编码算法(LD-CELP算法,G.728建议)是一种低时延、高效率的算法,该算法和传统的激励线性预测编码算法(CELP)相比,编码时延从2ms缩短到0.625ms,计算复杂度也有所降低。文章从语音线性预测编码和语音的矢量量化两个方面阐述了该算法的基本原理,并在微机上对其浮点算法进行了模拟,获得了较好的语音恢复质量。
The CCITT LD-CELP algorithm(CCITT Recommendation G.728)forcoding of speech at 16 kbit/s is a low delay and high efficiency algorithm.Comparedwith traditional CELP algorithm.It shortens coding delay from 2ms to 0.625ms andreduces computation complexity.This paper describes its principle on speech linearprediction and speech vector quantization.By simulation its float algorithm oncomputer,quite good quality of restored speech has been obtained.
