摘要
提出了一种大型桥梁结构截面挠度测量的光学方法。在桥塔架设一个自准直激光器,桥梁的待测截面设置接收屏,利用数码摄像机拍摄接收屏接收到的动静态激光光斑图像。通过标定及图像中心法处理,可以计算出所测截面的挠度。该方法在润扬长江公路大桥的动静载试验的静态挠度测试中作为补充方法在南汊悬索桥的L/8截面得以实际应用,结果表明,激光摄影测试与全站仪测试结果基本一致。
An optics method for measurement of beam section deflection of major bridge structure is put forward. In the method, an auto collimation laser instrument and a receiver screen are respectively set on the bridge pylon and the beam section to be measured, the digital video camera is then used to shoot the dynamic and static laser facular pictures received on the screen. By demarcation and picture center handling method, the deflection of the measured section can be caught and calculated. As a supplement, the method has been used for measurement of L/8 sections of the suspension bridge of Runyang Changjiang River Highway Bridge over the south branch of the River, in the static deflection measurement of the dynamic and static load test program for the whole Bridge. The results indicate that the laser measurements basically agree with the full-information measurements by total station.
