卫星搭载后非洲菊种子的萌发和离体培养研究初报 被引量:9

摘要 研究了种子卫星搭载对其萌发、幼苗茎尖培养和快速繁殖的效应。结果表明:种子经卫星搭载后会促进非洲菊种子的萌发,萌动时间提前2~3d;萌发率提高或与对照差异不明显。对茎尖培养的影响因不同搭载批次而异,出现抑制或促进效应;继代培养4-5代后与对照无显著差异。在搭载处理培养的无性后代中观察到植株黄化、矮化、叶畸变等变异现象,部分茎尖和叶片愈伤组织培养中表现明显的生根倾向,根量大,分枝多。 The present work studied the effects of spaceflight treatment on Gerberajamesonii seed germination, in vitro culture and micropropagation. Our results indicated that the germination of the treated seeds was two or three days faster than that of no-treated seeds, but the germination ratio either enhanced or not. The influences on shoot tip cultures were different between two spaceflight treatments, one inhibited the micropropagation and the other acted as an opposed role. The 4-5 generation of the subculture had no different phenotype from the wild-typo culture. were characterized by etiolation, superdwarf, Importantly, almost all tissue-culture-plants of treated seeds leaf aberrance, and some shoot tips and calli from the leaves of these cultures were prone to produce a plenty of roots with many branches.
