以工作创新加强公共财政监督,是新时期客观形势对我们的要求。为此,我们必须创造性地开展公共财政监督工作,推进财政监督法治化,构建监督的制度体系;扩大监督主体,加强其队伍建设,构建监督网络体系;拓宽监督的范围,注重财政使用的社会效益;监督关口前移,实现监督方式创新;利用网络、电子、信息等现代先进技术,进行科学、有效的公共财政监督。

To strengthen supervision of public finance field by innovation is the demand of the objective situation for us in the new period. Therefore we must perform the supervision innovatively in the public finance field, construct the supervision in the rule of law, set up the system of the supervision, expand the corpus of supervision and strengthen its troops, set up the network system of supervision, expand the scope of the supervision, consider social effect of the public finance field, the supervisory action moved to the foregoing financial action to achieve the innovation of the supervisory way, and make use of the modern and advanced technique, such as network, electronics, information, etc., to further the scientific and available supervision of the public finance field.
