摘要
妥善处理私营企业劳动关系,保护私营企业主的合法收益、保证雇佣工人的应得收益,规范双方的行为,促使双方平等友好的合作,将会推进私营企业快速发展。
It is believed in the paper that the proper relationship between labor forces and private enterprises can protect the interest of both employers and employees. Regulating their actions can not only strengthen their cooperation but fasten the development of the enterprises.
